This Public Notice No. 8 is being put out by me, Asheet Awasthi to put on record the List of Pending Cases against Mr. H.S. Awasthi. Facts Update and Checklist of Wrongdoings and Disputes by my father, Mr. H.S. Awasthi on me and the legal heirs of my deceased brother Late Mr. Ameet Awasthi.
His full name is Mr. Harnam Singh Awasthi, usually known as Mr. H.S. Awasthi. It is clear now why he avoids using his and my last name "Awasthi". To keep it low profile since we are known with our last names in the city of Chandigarh (U.T.). I suspect that action is deliberate to conceal the fact from the Judges and Judicial Officers of the Courts, since his full name is well-known in Chandigarh among legal and law enforcement professionals. The details of all litigation matters will be posted here as more information becomes public domain information.
