This Public Notice No. 2 is being put out by Asheet Awasthi to place Public On Alert and to protect the legal heirs of Late Mr. Ameet Awasthi, who died on June 17, 2021, and was a practicing Advocate at District Courts and High Court in Chandigarh, India. Within the last 5 weeks, several deliberate attempts have been made against Late Mr. Ameet Awasthi's legal heirs, in an effort to deny them their legal rights by making false statements. All such actions and inactions are being thwarted in order to protect the assets, property, belongings, and personal effects of Late Mr. Ameet Awasthi which need to be passed on to his legal heirs in accordance with the law. A systematic disinformation campaign has been launched to misguide the public and officials by twisting the facts and withholding the truth with disregard for the law or the consequences.

ITEM No. 1: The only 1% Truth is the sentence is about the death of my brother Late Mr. Ameet Awasthi.

ITEM No.2: "*Savita is daughter of my younger sister.*" Finally, Mr. Harnam Singh Awasthi (commonly known as Mr. H.S. Awasthi), Advocate, had to retract his recent and earlier false statement from July 07, 2021 made to District Bar Association, that Pooja Bhardwaj (Birth name Savita Mishra), Advocate, is his daughter, when he was trying to transfer the share of Late Mr. Ameet Awasthi in Lawyers' Chamber 240, Sector 43, Chandigarh in the name of Advocate Pooja Bhardwaj (Birth name Savita Mishra), which was rejected for absence of NOC from the legal heirs.  Mr. H.S. Awasthi, Advocate had to admit this truth now publicly since it was published vide Public Notice No. 1 dated July 15, 2021 >>> (Click Here to See), which exposed the deliberate and joint deception of 35 years by both of them for families and public alike. 

(* Facts elaborated below). 

Furthermore, there is a fact here that needs a clarification. Statement by Advocate, Mr. Harnam Singh Awasthi is not only false but also "Out-of-Context". The incomplete statement that his wife left home is self-serving for him, while he is concealing the true facts why she left him, which are: 

a) Because of Pooja Bhardwaj (birth name Savita Mishra) and how he mistreated his wife on the behest of Pooja Bhardwaj (birth name Savita Mishra) who was telling him lies and complaining about his wife to him every day. 

b) He was physically assaulting his wife mercilessly even before, but after Pooja Bhardwaj (birth name Savita Mishra) came to our house and became a teenager, he doubled-down on the abuse, physical and mental torture on his wife, which she could not tolerate anymore. 

That is why she left home. That incident and phase was emotionally devastating for my brother, Late Mr. Ameet Awasthi since I lived away from home.

Note: It's a pattern for Advocate, Mr. Harnam Singh Awasthi to make Out-of-Context" incomplete statements that can insinuate multiple meanings that are left to the imagination of the reader and if asked, he can deny that he did not accuse. He believes that it is a professional trick, but in fact, it is an unethical practice for a legal professional which has gone unnoticed by other legal professionals. For example, this half statement of his wife leaving home is misleading.  

ITEM No.3: "Asheet (Brother) was away in service" and "Savita cleaned his vomiting etc after drink". What is most bizarre that Mr. H.S. Awasthi, Advocate, is calling cleaning of vomit by Advocate Pooja Bhardwaj (Birth name Savita Mishra) as "Service to the family" and the "Reward" for that "Service to the family" is gifting her the House No. 1586, Sector 18-D, Chandigarh. The gift appears to be a bit disproportionate reward when compared to the kind of service, "cleaning vomit" performed by Advocate Pooja Bhardwaj (Birth name Savita Mishra). In any case, the way he has put it, the family service appears to be a Give-&-Take transaction. How many such transactions has he done in the last 50 years, we need to find that out now. Having said that, we congratulate Mr. H.S. Awasthi, Advocate, for finally mustering enough guts to come out with the truth finally about the "Secret house gifting" step taken stealthily and keeping this fact hidden from all since 2017. 

ITEM No.4: Reply being withheld to respect privacy of a lady, to be discussed in Court if & when necessary. 

Two Related True Facts to Put on Record here

1. One important reason for Mr. H. S. Awasthi, Advocate, not being invited to any social functions by anyone in our family is because he has a track record of unbecoming conduct and misbehavior with others. He asks intrusive questions, makes indecent remarks and creates a scene by screaming loudly and yelling in foul language. He is an embarrassment to others. Therefore, it was mutually decided by some of the family members to not invite him to any social event where normal civilized people are present and do not want to encourage any unnecessary ego trip dramas.   

2. Most recently, he was invited to a family wedding in Zirakpur, Chandigarh in a 5-Star hotel. He showed up with Advocate Pooja Bhardwaj (Birth name Savita Mishra) and her husband. They could not imagine that there will be people from the village of Advocate Pooja Bhardwaj (Birth name Savita Mishra), which is Basfara, Amauli Block, Fatehpur District, Uttar Pradesh (UP). When those relatives showed up and started asking questions from Pooja Bhardwaj (Birth name Savita Mishra), she made an excuse to saying she will be back and all three of them disappeared from the event instantly. Probably, they feared the exposure of information which they have kept under wraps for decades.   

3. Questions by Relatives: It is for this reason, Mr. H.S. Awasthi, Advocate, got upset that why did I inform our relatives about the death of my brother, Late Mr. Ameet Awasthi. It is obvious they will ask questions about other family members, and he wants to operate in isolation without anyone's knowledge or catching any limelight, simply because he has no answers for the last 35-40 years of actions and inactions, and cannot justify anything.

ITEM No.9: A Mix of Lies, False Statements and False Accusations. Example of Gaming the System by knowingly Filing a False Police Report with distorted facts to make his false case seem legitimate, clearly with an an Intention and Motive to Harass the legal heirs of Late Mr. Ameet Awasthi. A Judge can determine the facts based on Evidence and Investigations by Law Enforcement Agencies will Reveal the Truth. 

ITEM No.10: Again a Mix of Lies, False Statements and False Accusations. Another Example of Gaming the System and knowingly Filing a Senior Citizen False Protection with distorted facts to make his case believable, thus playing and pretending to be a Victim in public while being an aggressive Predator in secret behind closed doors. This time all the incidents have witnesses who can testify his dual behavior, official and unofficial. It is an abuse of Government resources and manipulating the law with a personal agenda to use the law to make his false case appear legitimate, clearly with an an Intention and Motive to Harass the legal heirs of Late Mr. Ameet Awasthi. A Judge can determine the facts based on Evidence and Investigations by Law Enforcement Agencies will Reveal the Truth. 

ITEM No.11: The last rites of my brother, Late Mr. Ameet Awasthi were performed with due respect and in accordance with the religious beliefs and formalities of his family members who truly loved him and cared for him.  Mr. H.S. Awasthi, Advocate, went about his business scheduling client meetings from June 19, 2021, the day after his son's funeral. He did not express any remorse at all. Then, he kept making excuses why he cannot go to Haridwar because his stomach was upset and he was suffering from loose motions. He was also not taking calls from any of our relatives who could help in completing that last ceremony for Late Ameet Awasthi. He got upset at me and asked me why did I inform our relatives about Ameet's death and now it is a headache for him since everyone is calling him instead of appreciating that people wanted to offer condolences and thanking them for the sympathy. However, with his such weird attitude, extremely odd behavior and after listening for several days of his loose motions excuse, rest of us became worried that he may throw his last remains in the trash so others performed the last rites respectfully with prayers for the departed soul to rest in peace.  

ITEM No.12: No Truth, whatsoever. The Bhog and Antim Ardas for Late Mr. Ameet Awasthi on Sunday, July 04, 2021, without the presence of Mr. H.S. Awasthi, Advocate, and Pooja Bhardwaj (Birth name Savita Mishra), Advocate, went peacefully, with comforting Kirtan and Langar for a large gathering. There are photographs and videos of the event. 

ITEM No.13: Question for a Question: 

a) Where did he get the money from to buy Commercial Property in Chandigarh? Answer: By Selling Ancestral Land in our Village, circumventing the law deliberately. The buyers of which are alive, willing to testify and provide documents in evidence. His partners in Chandigarh in that investment and their successors are also alive, willing to testify with evidence. 

b) 1% Truth from 2005. I was buying a flat in Dubai and had to deposit Rs. 8 lakhs cash in earnest money. I had Rs. 4 lakhs with me, and I called my father, Mr. H.S. Awasthi, Advocate, if I could borrow Rs. 4 lakhs and would return that to him as soon as I got back to USA in 4 weeks. He said, "I don't have it, everything is invested". That was it. Another time when I had financial difficulty, I did not ask him for help and worked doubly hard to make things come back around to normal again and even better, with God's grace.  

c) The travel mentioned here, one of them was a Tourist Trip across UK, USA and Canada which I organized, staying in every city in "7-Star Presidential Hotels" because I wanted to make it a Once-a-lifetime" memory traveling with my father, Mr. H.S. Awasthi, Advocate and try to make him feel happy about exploring the world with his son. The bills that I paid for our travel, stay, tourism and his shopping were nearly $50,000 USD. 

ITEM No.14: I respect the choices and the decision of Mr. H.S. Awasthi, Advocate, should this event occur. 

ITEM No.15: Reply being withheld to respect privacy of a legal heirs, to be discussed in Court if & when necessary. 

NOTE: In few places in his Public Notice, Mr. H.S. Awasthi, Advocate, apparently seems to be referring to some unknown Legal Doctrine of "Un-mother or Ex-Mother" which needs to be verified from legal experts, thinkers, philosophers and/or historical linguistics from an Oxford Etymological Dictionary (OED) or a Legal Dictionary from the Latin Era.

*FACTS ELABORATED BELOW

*Pooja Bhardwaj (birth name, Savita Mishra) is not the sister of Late Mr. Ameet Awasthi or Asheet Awasthi and is not the daughter of Mr. Harnam Singh Awasthi or Mrs. Kusum Srivastava as claimed by her and Mr. Harnam Singh Awasthi in the past for the last 35 years. Mr. Harnam Singh Awasthi or Mrs. Kusum Srivastava are in fact the father and mother of Late Mr. Ameet Awasthi and Asheet Awasthi. Mr. H.S. Awasthi has made statements recently and also for more than 3 decades that Pooja Bhardwaj (birth name, Savita Mishra) is his daughter. That is a false statement. He has also made a statement that Pooja Bhardwaj (birth name, Savita Mishra) is his adopted daughter, that fact remains to be authenticated with the help of a legal process and the discovery of records of an official adoption.

The most recent reason which was given by Mr. H.S. Awasthi and Pooja Bhardwaj (birth name, Savita Mishra) to Late Mr. Ameet Awasthi, Asheet Awasthi, and their mother to justify this deliberate public deception by them was that they both do not want to disclose the truth to the family into which Pooja Bhardwaj (birth name, Savita Mishra) has got married. Late Ameet Awasthi, Asheet Awasthi, and their mother were against such acts of withholding the truth but they did it anyway.

Pooja Bhardwaj (birth name, Savita Mishra) is the daughter of Mrs. Chanda Devi, the real sister of Mr. H.S. Awasthi, and is his niece by relation. She came from her village called Basfara, Amauli Block, Fatehpur District, Uttar Pradesh (UP) to live at House no. 1586, Sector 18-D, Chandigarh when she was 9 years old. The real parents of Pooja Bhardwaj (birth name, Savita Mishra) are Late Sh. Awadh Bihari Mishra (Father) and Chanda Devi (Mother). Our native village is nearby her village, called Birhar, Bhitargaon Block, Kanpur District, Uttar Pradesh (UP). 

1. This Public Notice above, is a good example of the Modus Operandi of Advocate Mr. Harnam Singh Awasthi (commonly known as Mr. H.S. Awasthi). I have personal knowledge of these facts. He is bring out all the tools from his "Outdated Tool Box like: a) Spin, Pivot and Deflect the facts. b) Baseless and False Accusations c) Raise the Voice, Be Disrespectful of the other party, d) Be Aggressive e) Be Reactive and not Responsive, f) Ask for Evidence instead of Providing it with Allegation, Using Stooges to give False Evidence or being Witnesses, g) Adding Lies and False Statements confidentially without any fear of the consequences h) Gaming the system, Government resources and protection i) Playing and pretending to be a victim while being a vicious and aggressive Predator in Secret behind closed doors and denying it later. 

2.  Lies, False Statements and False Accusations have been the bedrock platform of success for Advocate Mr. Harnam Singh Awasthi as a lawyer is because no one challenged them the way we are doing now. He has been able to get away with his tactics for so long that he has started believing that he is "Invincible". The only way for him to be made to realize what he has been doing for 35-40 years with his family members behind closed doors, is to bring him to Justice where an Open Court evaluates his actions and inactions based on the Evidence of True Facts, Testimony of People he has hurt or harmed, and those who have been wronged and together with an Investigation of all his Legal and Financial Documents that he used to be a successful Perpetrator for 4 decades circumventing and manipulating the law in his favour.

3. Some statements made in the notice above, given the fact that they are coming from an advocate, would make legal professionals wonder if his legal knowledge and learning is up-do-date. There are parts of it that do not make any sense whatsoever. 

4. This Public Notice also seems more like an Emotional Outburst out of Anger rather than a True picture of facts. Several facts are twisted, distorted and taken "Out-of-Context" which changes the meaning. Half-facts give half-information. If that was done deliberately to misinform public defeats the meaning of a Public Notice. Then it will be called a Public Deception Notice and will not quality as a Good Faith Public Notice about the Truth.

5. In my opinion and the rest of the family who read this Notice, we feel that Mr. H.S. Awasthi, Advocate, in his fit of rage right now, does not realize that in his false statements, he tells a lot about his own self than others, where his motives and intentions are clear and this time he won't be able to play the role of a Tricky Lawyer with anyone, and won't be able to bluff the Authorities and Judges because his game is now finished. The Truth is now out there, there are people who were his victims telling it, sharing it and coming forward asking for Justice to be served. Mr. H.S. Awasthi, Advocate, misses the point completely that: 

a) "He is Publicly Shaming His Own Self" by calling his son an Addict, when he knows he himself is a reason for tormenting his own son from his childhood with severe frequent physical beatings, constant crushing his self-esteem, constantly telling him "I will throw you out of my house and you will be starving for food on the streets", saying to him "When you will die, I will throw you in Sector 25 next day (which he did for real!), controlling him with giving or cutting money for work he did with him and so on. All of these statements I have heard myself and had argued with Mr. H.S. Awasthi, Advocate, urging him not to mentally torture my Late brother, Ameet Awasthi like that and even tried to take my brother out of that house to go do other jobs. 

b) "He is Publicly Shaming His Own Self" by indirectly creating a suspicion in his ambiguous statement accusing Late Ameet Awasthi wife for his recent death. It is reckless, insensitive and irresponsible to make such serious accusatory statements falsely that can cause an emotional trauma, mental implications, and ramifications to her and others in the family. 

c) "He is Publicly Shaming His Own Self" by disrespecting his daughter-in-law in public like this. He does not realize in the eyes of public, he has becomes low himself by trying to show others down.  

d) "He is Publicly Shaming His Own Self" by telling lies and making false statement that his wife left home. But says it "Out-of-Context" while concealing the true facts why she left him, which are: 

i) It was because of Pooja Bhardwaj (birth name Savita Mishra).

ii) He mistreated his wife on the behest of Pooja Bhardwaj (birth name Savita Mishra) who was telling him lies and complaining about his wife to him every day. 

iii) He was physically assaulting his wife mercilessly even before, but after Pooja Bhardwaj (birth name Savita Mishra) came to our house and became a teenager, he doubled-down on the abuse, physical and mental torture on his wife.

iv) His wife could not tolerate anymore. That's why she left, with no plan, went to be brother's home in Bareilly. There are relatives I am in touch with, who can provide truth and testify about that period as well.

One Related True Fact to Put on Record here

The statement that Pooja Bhardwaj (birth name Savita Mishra) took care of Late Mr. Ameet Awasthi is false. It was the other way around. He taught her A, B, C, D since she was completed uneducated when she came to this house but later he did not want anything to do with her when he noticed how she lies to all people to create misunderstandings amongst people and back-bites everyone to make them fight or disconnect with one another. He did not trust her anymore since she turned a teenager. 

Mr. H.S. Awasthi, Advocate and Pooja Bhardwaj (birth name, Savita Mishra), Advocate, are absolutely not authorized by any of the legal heirs of Late Mr. Ameet Awasthi or Asheet Awasthi for anything; be it a matter or a transaction or any representation or anything else not mentioned here. Any GPA (General Power of Attorney) given to them in the past, has been canceled (Cancelled). Officials and authorities in Chandigarh Administration have been informed accordingly.
