Using names like "Harnam Singh vs Asheet" instead of normal names

H.S. Awasthi vs Asheet Awasthi when he is filing lawsuits against me 

This Public Notice No. 7 is being put out by me, Asheet Awasthi to put on record a lawsuit filed by my father, Mr. H.S. Awasthi on me. Harnam Singh vs Asheet. His full name is Harnam Singh. It is not clear why he avoided using his and my last name "Awasthi". Maybe to keep it low key since we are known with our last names in the city of Chandigarh (U.T.). This seems to be a 2022 Holi Gift for me from my father. Details of this case will be posted here as more information becomes public domain information.
